1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HireSprint ("the Platform"), operated by RishantTech Private Limited ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
HireSprint is an AI-powered hiring platform that provides resume scoring, skills assessments, candidate-job matching, and consented auto-apply services for recruitment agencies, HR teams, and candidates.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must provide accurate, current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. One person may not maintain more than one account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Agency / Organization Accounts
- The person who creates the organization workspace becomes the initial org_admin
- Org admins accept the Data Processing Agreement on behalf of the organization
- Org admins are responsible for managing team members and their access
- Organizations are responsible for having a legitimate basis to upload candidate resumes
5. Candidate Accounts
- Candidates access the platform via magic link (no password required)
- Candidates must provide consent before assessments and auto-apply processing
- Candidates control which companies receive their applications
6. Payments and Billing
- Candidate plans: Lite (₹9), Starter (₹99), Pro (₹299) — one-time payments, no auto-renewal
- Organization plans: 14-day free trial, Lite (₹799/month), Pro (₹1,799/month) and Enterprise (custom pricing) — pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice
- All payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices include GST (18%)
- GST invoices are emailed after each payment
7. Refund Policy
See our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:
- Full refund within 7 days if zero credits have been used
- Pro-rated refund within 7 days if some credits have been used
- No refunds after 7 days
- Technical issues: full refund or credit extension on a case-by-case basis
8. AI-Powered Features
- Resume scores and assessment grades are AI-generated recommendations, not final hiring decisions
- Agents can review and override any AI-generated score
- We do not use name, photo, age, gender, religion, marital status, or college prestige as scoring signals
- Candidates can request a human review of their score via the Help section
9. Prohibited Use
- Scraping or automated access to the platform
- Uploading resumes without a legitimate recruitment basis
- Sharing assessment questions or answers outside the platform
- Creating fake accounts or organizations
- Using the auto-apply feature to spam companies
10. Intellectual Property
The platform, its design, assessment content, and AI models are the property of RishantTech Private Limited. Candidate-uploaded resumes remain the property of the candidate. Organizations retain ownership of their data.
11. Limitation of Liability
HireSprint is provided "as is". We are not liable for hiring decisions made based on AI scores, missed deadlines, or any indirect damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Privacy & Data settings. On termination, your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable data retention laws.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
