How does the free trial work?
Every new workspace gets 14 days of Lite features for up to 3 users, with 25 resume scores and 10 assessment invites. When the trial ends, choose Lite, Pro or Enterprise to keep screening.
Do plans auto-renew?
No. Lite and Pro are billed monthly but do not auto-renew; you pay each month. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you issue GST invoices?
Yes. Prices include 18% GST, and a GST invoice is emailed automatically after every payment. The billing entity is RishantTech Private Limited.
Can I get a refund?
Organisation plans can be cancelled at any time; the current billing period is not refunded. Candidate packs have a 7-day refund window. Read the refund policy.
