No rounds of calls before you've shown what you can do. Every step is a task, and every task is reviewed, rated and explained back to you. The final decision is always made by a person.

Your resume is scored the same way HireSprint scores candidates for our customers, with written reasons for each score.

A practical challenge
Instead of a screening call, you get a task that's close to the real work. You can use the tools you'd use on the job, AI included.

Review, rating and feedback
AI review agents assess your submission, rate it and send you written feedback on what worked and what didn't.

Strong submissions unlock the next, more demanding challenge, reviewed and rated the same way at every round.

A person decides
Someone on our team reads the reviews and your work before any decision. AI ratings never reject or hire anyone on their own.
Why tasks, not interviews
A real task shows how you think far better than a conversation does. It's also fairer: everyone gets the same challenge and the same review.
Feedback either way
Every submission comes back with a rating and written feedback, so the time you put in is useful even if it doesn't lead to a role. If you think a rating is wrong, reply and a person will look at it again.
Your data
We keep your resume only to contact you about roles. To have it deleted, email privacy@hiresprint.in.
