Explain every score
Every resume score comes with written reasons, so recruiters, hiring managers and clients can see why someone was shortlisted.
People make the call
The AI recommends and flags; your team decides. Any score can be overridden, and the reason is logged.
Fair to candidates
Name, photo, age, gender, religion, marital status and college prestige are excluded from scoring. No webcam proctoring.
Private by design
Built for India's DPDP Act 2023. Candidates control what companies see and can delete their data.
