These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HireSprint's AI-powered hiring platform and related services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using HireSprint's platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.
These Terms apply to all users, including agencies, in-house HR teams, administrators, and end users accessing our platform.
2. Service Description
HireSprint provides an AI-powered hiring platform that includes:
- Automated resume parsing and candidate tracking
- AI-powered job description matching
- Interview scheduling and management tools
- Hiring pipeline analytics and reporting
- Revenue forecasting for agencies
- Integration capabilities with calendars and email systems
- Customer support and platform maintenance
3. User Accounts and Registration
Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You may not create multiple accounts or share accounts with others
Account Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
- You must have legal authority to bind your organization to these Terms
- Your use must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Acceptable Use Policy
Permitted Uses
You may use our platform for legitimate hiring and recruitment activities in accordance with applicable employment laws.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Violate any applicable employment or privacy laws
- Upload malicious software or attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the platform to discriminate against protected classes
- Share or resell access to the platform without authorization
- Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
5. Data and Privacy
Your Data
- You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform
- You grant us license to process your data to provide our services
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload candidate data
- You must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures, but you acknowledge that no system is completely secure. You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures for your own systems and processes.
6. Subscription and Billing
Subscription Plans
- Services are provided on a subscription basis with various plan options
- Pricing and features are subject to change with reasonable notice
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
Payment Terms
- Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- You authorize us to charge your designated payment method
7. Intellectual Property
Our Rights
HireSprint and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the platform, including software, algorithms, designs, and content. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
Your Rights
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform for your internal business purposes.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or improvements you provide become our property and may be used to enhance our services without compensation.
8. Service Availability and Support
Uptime
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Support
- Support is provided via email and in-platform messaging
- Response times vary based on your subscription plan
- We provide documentation and training materials
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
- We do not warrant that our service will meet all your requirements
- You use our services at your own risk
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HireSprint from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
11. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by providing 30 days' written notice. You remain responsible for all fees incurred prior to termination.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
Effect of Termination
- Your access to the platform will be revoked
- We will provide data export capabilities for 30 days
- Accrued payment obligations survive termination
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law

Dispute Resolution
- Disputes will first be addressed through good faith negotiations
