For recruitment agencies and in-house HR teams
Know who can do the job before the first interview.
HireSprint scores every resume with reasons you can check, tests real skills in an assessment where AI tools are allowed, and sends qualified candidates to the right openings with their consent.
- Every AI score explained and overridable
- Built for the DPDP Act 2023
- No webcam proctoring
How it works
From a pile of resumes to a shortlist you can defend
The same five steps for every role, so your team stops rebuilding the process in spreadsheets.
- 1
Upload resumes
Drop in PDFs or Word files in bulk. Each one is parsed into experience, skills, projects and education.
- 2
Get scored, with reasons
Four sub-scores per resume, each with a written explanation. Disagree? Override it and log why.
- 3
Invite to an assessment
Send a 45-minute L1, a 90-minute L2, or a 48–72 hour build task. AI tools are allowed.
- 4
Review what needs you
Unusual tab switching, very fast finishes and low-confidence parses are flagged for a person to check.
- 5
Match to openings
Qualified candidates are matched to partner jobs. They approve every company before anything is sent.
Product
Screening your team can trust, and candidates think is fair
Spreadsheets and keyword filters miss good people and let weak resumes through. HireSprint gives every candidate the same evidence-based review.
Resume scores you can explain to a client
Every resume gets four sub-scores: experience relevance, skills depth, impact and clarity, and resume quality. Each comes with a short written reason. Name, photo, age, gender, religion, marital status and college prestige are excluded from scoring.
Assessments that still work when candidates use AI
Questions test analytical reasoning, debugging, learning speed and problem breakdown, not memorised syntax. Candidates can use AI tools, and the questions are designed so judgement still shows.
Fair checks instead of invasive proctoring
No webcam and no browser lockdown. HireSprint logs tab switches, timing anomalies and answer similarity, then sends anything unusual to an admin. A person always makes the call.
Partner-job matching
Candidates who pass are matched to partner openings and approve each company first.
Audit logs
Every score, override and invite is logged with who did it and why.
Question bank
Questions come from a shared pool, and retakes get different ones.
Reports
Track the funnel: uploaded, scored, invited, tested and applying.
Team seats
Invite teammates as agents or admins with the right permissions.
Consent built in
Candidates choose what companies see, and can delete their data.
Why not just use an ATS?
An ATS stores candidates. HireSprint helps you judge them.
Keep your ATS if it works for you. HireSprint covers the part most tools skip: deciding who is actually qualified.
| HireSprint | Typical ATS | Spreadsheets | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tracks candidates through stages | Manually | ||
| Scores every resume against the role | 4 sub-scores with reasons | Keyword match | |
| Lets your team override and log why | |||
| Built-in skills assessments | L1, L2 and L3 | Usually an add-on | |
| Designed for candidates who use AI | |||
| Flags unusual test behaviour for review | |||
| Matches passed candidates to partner jobs | With candidate consent |

Is HireSprint for agencies or in-house teams?
Both. Agencies use it to screen candidates for several clients and place assessed candidates in partner openings. In-house HR and TA teams use it to give every applicant the same evidence-based review before interviews.
How is it different from my ATS?
An ATS tracks where candidates are. HireSprint helps you decide who is qualified: explained resume scores, built-in skills assessments and flags for anything unusual. Many teams run it next to their existing ATS.
How does AI resume scoring work?
The AI parses each resume into experience, skills, projects and education, then scores four dimensions: experience relevance, skills depth, impact and clarity, and resume quality. Each sub-score includes the reason it was given.
Is the scoring biased?
Name, photo, age, gender, religion, marital status and college prestige are excluded from scoring signals, and scores are audited for bias regularly. Your team can override any score, and both the original and the override are logged with a reason.
What do the assessments test, and is there proctoring?
They test analytical reasoning, debugging, learning speed and problem breakdown. AI tools are allowed. There is no webcam or browser lockdown. Tab switches, timing anomalies and answer similarity are logged, and flagged results go to an admin.
Where is data stored, and can it be deleted?
Data is stored on Google Cloud in the Singapore and Mumbai regions. Candidates can delete their data from their dashboard, and it is removed within 72 hours, apart from legal records such as consent and payment logs.
How much does it cost?
Every team starts with a 14-day free trial. After that, Lite is ₹799 a month for 3 seats and 100 resume scores, and Pro is ₹1,799 a month for 10 seats and 500 resume scores. Prices include GST, and plans do not auto-renew. Larger teams can contact us about Enterprise.
